some firewalls block access to this link).
Note: installers have been designed to allow
installation by non-administrative users and will be installed on the root
directory by default. Multiple major versions of the software (e.g., EPDRiv1
2.1 and 3.0) can coexist on the same computer without conflict. Some components
will require Administrative rights to be installed (such as .Net Framework or
.Net 6.0, if not already present).
